1. 7-Day Free Trial Protocol
The first week of any Rasputin AI mission is free. You are NOT charged until the end of the trial period. If you cancel within these 7 days via the 'Stop Mission' button in Telegram, no payment will be processed.
2. The 'No-Haggle' Refund Mandate
If you have made a payment and are dissatisfied with the performance of your AI agents, you can request a 100% refund within the first 48 hours of any new billing cycle. We will process this through the original UPI ID or Bank Account used for the transaction.
3. Settlement Period
Refunds are processed within 5-7 Indian business days after approval. All settlements are done via IMPS/NEFT or original payment UPI mode only. Credit-wallet reversals are not available at this time.
4. No Deductions
If we approve a refund, we do not deduct transaction fees. We absorb the processing costs as a sign of respect for your time. Your entire subscription amount is returned to you.
5. Abuse Limitation
We reserve the right to deny refunds for users who have completed 50+ automation missions during the current billing cycle to avoid the exploitation of our 'Sovereign Core' resources.
