1. The Sovereign Protocol

By accessing rasputinai.tech, you acknowledge that you are interacting with a Digital Intelligence owned by RasputinAI. You agree to use this technology with human intent and legal responsibility. We provide the "Sovereign" bridge between human command and machine execution.

2. Payment & UPI Mandate

All services are prepaid. We accept payments exclusively through UPI (Unified Payments Interface) and authorized Indian banking channels. Charges are inclusive of applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax) in the Republic of India. Subscriptions are billed in INR (Indian Rupee).

3. Data Residency & Sovereignty

We guarantee that your operational data stays within the Indian Subcontinent. Our servers are located in Delhi-NCR and Mumbai. We do not mirror your private automation logs to foreign corporate clouds. Your sovereignty is our priority.

4. Usage of Digital Agents

Rasputin agents are tools for productivity. You are solely responsible for compliance with sectoral regulations (RBI, SEBI, etc.) if you use these agents for financial or regulated automation. Rasputin acts as your execution arm, not your legal counsel.

5. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
